At just 4' long, the Handi-Jib is designed for all indoor applications, but suitable for outdoors as well. The Handi-Jib is constructed with 1/8" 6061 aluminum, and assembled using 3/8" (not 1/4" like most) stainless steel bolts. Additionally, we use bearings, not nylon washers in all of the moving joints. The Handi-Jib is incredibly strong and stable, and compact enough for easy transport in the front seat of your car.

The Handi-Jib is intended for use on medium to heavy duty tripods. There is no listed camera weight limit, as this is dependant on the strength of your tripod. Standard barbell weights (not included) are used on the counterweight bar for balance, and are readily available at most discount department stores. As a general rule, 3 times the weight of the camera is used for counterbalance.
